EDITOR CALLS

As the humanoid press
indicates that there is increasing controversy regarding leash laws, this
journal believes that it is time for our own press to take a position.
We at Canine Collegiate Review believe that this paper's stance should
reflect the values and principles of its readers and that a concensus should
be reached by individual contribution and public debate. To this
end we will open our February edition for letters from our readers.
We also urge our readers to forward input from their humanoids and
URL's from their owner's computers. Here are a few samples:
